Dispatch and delivery
Buster Cigars currently aims to dispatch orders within 36 hours and for customers to receive them within two to three working days after the order is received.
Qualifying UK orders receive free tracked delivery. The current threshold and any delivery charge are confirmed in the live basket and checkout.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is issued after dispatch. Delivery progress can then be checked through the Royal Mail tracking service.
Keeping cigars fresh
Cigars are packed in a sealed bag with a small humidity pack to help maintain their condition during delivery. They should be unpacked and stored correctly as soon as possible after receipt.
